Rode in this morning. It's supposed to be seventy here the next couple of days so I really felt like I couldn't not ride in in the morning. Man it hurt. I guess I didn't realize just how out of shape I'd gotten. The nice thing is that the 16.6 mile route doubled up every day should get some mileage in my legs pretty quick.

My friend Russell and I are aiming for a century a month from May through August. I'd really like to do triple bypass, but with juggling two jobs and not having the money to put into purchasing a triple crank (I have absolutely NO desire to climb over three mountain passes with a double crank) I don't think it's going to happen this year.

Not a whole lot new to report. I've just been chugging away on the two jobs and trying to pay down debt. We just passed the 16k mark and as long as we buckle down even harder, I think there's still a good chance that we could be completely debt free this year. You have no idea how exciting that idea is. We've been working on this stupid debt snowball for what seems like forever, but is really just four years. I'm going to be so happy when the 1-2k a month we've been putting towards debt lately is going towards money building activities. But anyway, enough blathering. It seems like I'm always talking to people about getting out of debt and living debt free and I'm sure people get really sick of it. Blame Dave Ramsey.

this is pretty close to what I rode this morning
